how to use our private info groups on facebook

Bravenly offers two private Facebook groups that can serve as valuable tools and third-party resources to help you connect with potential customers and Brand Partners.

Our Breakthrough Group is the ideal place for prospective customers to learn more about our products, hear customer experiences, and access helpful product information.

Our Insiders Group is designed for individuals who are interested in learning more about the Bravenly business opportunity. It’s a great place to explore what it means to become a Brand Partner, ask questions, and hear from others who are building their businesses.

These groups provide additional support, education, and community as people learn more about Bravenly.

follow these steps

the 3-step process to enroll

Step 1: Invite your contact to one of our private Facebook groups.

Invite them to either the Breakthrough Group or the Insiders Group, depending on their interests and what they’d like to learn more about.

The key to this step is sending a personal message to the person you’re inviting. Let them know you’ve sent the invitation and ask them to watch for the notification from Facebook.

Be sure to remind them to answer the membership questions, as this is required before they can be approved to join the group.

Important: Simply inviting someone to the group does not automatically grant them access. They must accept the invitation and complete the membership questions before they can be approved and admitted to the group.

Step 2: Tag them in relevant posts and show them how to navigate the group.

Once they’ve been approved and joined the group, you’ll be able to tag them in posts. To tag someone, type the @ symbol followed by their name. For example, @Sally Sue.

You’ll know they’ve been successfully added to the group when their name appears as a clickable tag. If they haven’t yet accepted the invitation or completed the membership questions, you may not be able to tag them properly.

Tag the people you’ve invited in posts, stories, or resources that relate to their interests, questions, or goals. This helps them quickly find information that’s most relevant to them.

Next, show them how to explore the group. Point out helpful features such as:

  • The search bar at the top of the group
  • Featured posts
  • Albums and files
  • Educational resources and announcements

Helping them navigate the group will make it easier for them to find answers, learn more about Bravenly, and engage with the community.

Step 3: Follow up, answer questions, and extend the invitation.

After you’ve tagged someone in relevant posts and resources, follow up with them to see what questions they may have. Take time to listen, provide support, and help them find the information they’re looking for.

It’s also important to extend a clear invitation. Ask whether they’re ready to get started, would like more information, or have any additional questions before making a decision.

This step can naturally lead to third-party support and validation, whether through another resource, a group, a video, or a conversation with another Brand Partner.

Continue following up to see where they are in the process and determine the best next step. Some people may be ready to get started right away, while others may need more time and information before making a decision.

follow up & closing tips

Following up is incredibly important. Don’t assume that simply adding someone to a group will help them make a decision. Most people need a personal invitation, guidance, and support as they explore their options.

After they’ve spent some time in the group and you’ve had the opportunity to answer a few of their questions, it’s important to follow up and ask where they are in the decision-making process.

Remember, your role isn’t to pressure someone into making a decision. Instead, it’s to help them determine whether the products or opportunity are a good fit for their goals and needs.

As you continue the conversation, ask thoughtful questions, provide additional information when needed, and help them take the next step when they’re ready.

follow up #1

“Did you want me to walk you through the enrollment process?”

follow up #2

Tag them in another story in one of the Private Info Groups, then message.

follow up #3

“I’m excited for you to get started/start seeing results with our products, what questions do you have or are you ready to get started?”

follow up #4

Politely take it away:

“Hey, it seems like right now isn’t the right time for you to get started. No biggie, let me know when something changes.”

Then ask them a question about life, if they are interested, they will speak up. If you were talking to them about being a Brand Partner, you can add:

“We can get you started as a customer first, you can start using the products, and getting results, so when you are ready, you’ll already have a testimony.”
